Blumensteig (Flower Trail)
Starting point: Komperdellbahn midway station
Character: “As if this route was taken from the palette of colours of nature the painter.” From deep-colored pipau (Crepis terglouensis) to the deep dark gentian to the purple orchids, here you will find every shade of the rainbow. If you want to participate in a guided hike, you will also learn from our guides the names and histories of these “miracles of nature”. For general enjoyment walkers, the signs with the names of the flowers and specific facts about them are posted everywhere.
Description: From the Komperdellbahn midway station (S201) head northwards to the signpost (S202). On trail no. 20 (Quellensteig, Springs Path) to the signpost (S203). From here follow the "BW" signs. This is a roundabout hike: Plojen, towards the Plansegg, turning left, Kearb, Silberstollen, Laustal valley and back to the Komperdell
