A free cancellation or rebooking is possible up to the arrival day under following conditions:
- Your country is classified as high-risk area and quarantine is required upon arrival (only applies to vaccinated and recovered)
- Travel alert for Austria/Tyrol/ Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, quarantine is required when leaving (only applies to vaccinated and recovered)
- Border closures
- Official closure of cable cars and service businesses
- Official closures of accommodation facilities
• All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months before the date of arrival. You will receive the deposit minus a € 20,00 processing fee back.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure, 90% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged. (according to AGBH)
