Current Information
Deposits are refunded in case of cancellation up to eight weeks before the starting date of the
holiday, less EUR 36,00 per room (handling charge).
For cancellations registered less than 56 days before the start of the holiday, we charge for the
holiday as booked minus EUR 18,00 per adult and day.
Cancellations are accepted only written i.e. per fax or e-mail.
Any credit balance will solely be refunded through wire transfer.
The 5-star Hotel Bär is a 5 Smiley Kinderhotel and member of Leading Family Hotels & Resorts. Enjoy a unique and unforgettable family holiday! The Bär is a hotel only for families. We're happy to welcome also grandparents and relatives but we don't confirm bookings to couples without any child in a group of travellers.

Arrival
About 1000 meters after entering Serfaus you'll reach the church (on your left) - turn right at the crossing by the church and follow Herrenanger for about 100 meters. You'll see hotel Bär in front of you, then turn into the garage on the east end of the building . A member of our staff will be in the garage and will give you a helping hand. You'll find the reception desk on floor "0" when you use the elevator by the entrance. Check in: 3.30 pm Check out: 11 am
